We are a specialist age-in-place renovation company based in South-East Queensland, working with Australians and their families across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
This is all we do — and we've chosen that deliberately. It means every conversation, every assessment, and every renovation is informed by a genuine understanding of how people actually live in their homes.
We work closely with each client and, where helpful, with their medical professionals to make sure the plan is right for the person living there.
Bathrooms are where we start because they're the highest-risk area in most homes, but our work goes well beyond that. Kitchens, entrances, hallways, lighting, stairs — we look at the whole picture and help you plan a staged approach.
Not at all. Most of our clients start with one area and build from there over time. We design every plan with the future in mind so you can tackle what matters most now and add to it when you're ready.
Not exactly. Our primary focus is private-pay clients — homeowners who want to invest in their own home on their own terms, without waiting on funding approvals or scheme processes.
That said, if you have an NDIS plan that is self-managed or plan-managed, you may be able to use your home modification funding with us directly. Many participants choose these plan types specifically because they want the freedom to pick their own providers. If that's your situation, get in touch and we can talk through whether it works for your plan.
If your plan is agency-managed, we'd recommend speaking with a registered NDIS provider for that component of the work. We are working towards full NDIS registration in the future and hope to be able to serve all participants in time.
Every home and every situation is different, so we don't have fixed packages or set prices. The best place to start is a free consultation where we can understand your situation and give you a realistic idea of what's involved. We always endeavour to find a solution that suits your home and your needs.
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Where it's helpful, we're happy to consult with your existing occupational therapist, GP, or carer to make sure the plan we put together is right for you specifically.
No. Good accessible design shouldn't look clinical or institutional. Every renovation we do is designed to be beautiful, functional, and feel like a natural part of the home.
